In accordance with the notification No. 40 of the letter of authenticity (2016), the national certification and accreditation Supervision Commission formally authorized the "national ecological and functional textiles and garment quality supervision and inspection center", which was completed by the China Textile Industry Federation, to carry out the product quality supervision and inspection business in the name of the national quality inspection center (the number of the authorization certificate is: (2016) recognizes the word "666".

This marks the upgrading of the China Textile Industry Federation's testing center to a new stage of development, and has set a milestone in its 14 year development journey.

After many years of development, the China Textile Industry Federation testing center has become one of the testing institutions recognized by the whole industry with strong technical strength, wide service scope, high service quality and great authority and influence.

Therefore, the testing center is recommended by the Ministry of industry and information technology to apply for the qualification of "national ecological function and textile quality supervision and inspection center".

The National Commission for Discipline Inspection and approval approved the establishment of the "national ecological and functional textiles and garment quality supervision and inspection center", which is both the affirmation of the work of the testing center and the trust and demand for the future work of the testing center.

Qiao Yanjin said that in the current period of deep adjustment of the industry, the improvement of quality and quality of textiles and the slow pace of hedging will help maintain the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.

Over the years, the testing center has launched a large number of technical services. Since its establishment, it has served more than 400 industry enterprises and issued about 1000000 inspection reports.

The textile standard system was gradually improved. By the end of 2015, more than 2000 textile related standards were issued, both in quantity and quality.

According to the China Textile Industry Federation's investigation of brand enterprises, most enterprises have passed the ISO 9001 system certification, and nearly 2/3 enterprises have built an internal quality control laboratory.

Sun Ruizhe also put forward three hopes for the future development of the testing center.

Fu Guangwei said that after 14 years, the testing center has 10 sub centers, covering Shanghai, Beijing, Xiqiao, Shengze, Shishi, Keqiao, Humen and other important textile center areas and industrial cluster areas.

As a testing organization, the "norm" has always been placed first. In the past 14 years, there has not been a false report, and there has been no erroneous record.

This is the proof of the competitiveness of the testing center, as well as the support and foundation for the continuous development and growth.

The development goal of China Textile Industry Federation testing center is to build the strongest testing organization in the industry.

In 2015, we began to implement product informatization, develop quality traceability system, and set up a large cargo inspection department in 2016.
