In March 4th, Meng Guangbin worked in a shoe repair shop.

Meng Guangbin, 40, made a living in Harbin from his hometown of Shandong in 1988, and opened a small shoe repair booth near Harbin Normal University.

In the past 20 years, Meng Guangbin has been unable to get rid of the poor students who come to repair shoes, and tens of thousands of pairs of shoes have been repaired.

In 1998, the Harbin Municipal Industrial and commercial department made an exception.

Meng Guangbin's shoe repair booth registered the trademark "Lei Feng".
