Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, Shandong's textile industry has grown from scratch, from lack to completeness, from small to large, from weak to strong, and has developed by leaps and bounds, showing the characteristics and trends of complete categories, multi-level development, continuous expansion of scale, and obvious improvement of product grade, becoming one of the important pillar industries supporting the development of the national economy, The main economic indicators rank in the forefront of the same industry in China, and we have also made gratifying achievements in the research and development of industrial chain products, the application of new technologies, and the independent innovation of enterprises. At present, there are 14 national textile industrial bases and 14 provincial industrial bases in the whole industry. According to incomplete statistics, there are 52 enterprise technology centers above provincial level in the whole industry, including 8 national enterprise technology centers. There is one provincial key laboratory, two pilot bases, one productivity promotion center, and 10 enterprises have been identified as key national textile product development bases. In particular, the "45000 ton/year viscose fiber engineering system integration research" project of Hailong Group has won the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, which has achieved a breakthrough in the highest national science and technology progress award for Shandong textile industry.
