Progress announcement of Kairui Holding Co., Ltd. on the dispute of Securities Misrepresentation liability

Recently, kairuide Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company" or "Kairui company") has received the civil ruling of Xu Cuicui case (case No. (2021) luminzhong No. 731), Guo Changjiang case (case No. (2021) luminzhong No. 734) and Wang Huan case (case No. (2021) luminzhong No. 736) served by Shandong Higher People's court, The company ruled to cancel the judgment made by Jinan Intermediate People's Court of Shandong Province (hereinafter referred to as "Jinan Intermediate Court" or "court of first instance"), and the company should bear compensation liability to Xu Cuicui, Guo Changjiang and Wang Huan, and send the above case back to Jinan Intermediate Court for retrial. The relevant information is hereby announced as follows:

1、 Basic information of the case

The company was sued by shareholders Xu Cuicui, Guo Changjiang and Wang Huan to the court for early information disclosure. In September 2020, Jinan Intermediate People's court made (2020) lu01 minchu No. 848, 849, 852 civil judgments, and ordered the company to compensate Xu Cuicui, Guo Changjiang and Wang Huan with 15410.38 yuan, 37196.08 yuan and 18078.13 yuan respectively. The company refused to accept the above judgment of Jinan Intermediate People's court, and filed an appeal to Shandong Higher People's court in October 2020. No. 734 and No. 736 "civil ruling", on the ground that the basic facts are not clear, ordered to cancel the civil judgments (No. 848, 849, 852) of Shandong Jinan Intermediate People's Court (2020); The case was sent back to Jinan Intermediate People's Court of Shandong Province for retrial.
