In the 11 year military career, Tian Wei, chief executive of a special group of special forces of the Guangzhou military area command, has many experiences and honors which are really admirable. He was selected as the first batch of troops stationed in the army in the first few months. Soon after he graduated from the military academy, he was selected to take part in the international reconnaissance competition of El Na, and studied abroad for 3 years.

Studying abroad, he and his comrades held the belief that "no abandonment, no abandonment". They passed through difficulties in wearing leather shoes for 34 kilometers, seven days, seven nights, and no eye contact, and graduated with excellent results in the whole training mode.

The special forces should pay attention to solidarity and cooperation and pay attention to the details of actual combat.

He refined the training syllabus one by one, completed 13 kinds of combat formation and 12 practical combat essentials, and made bold innovations in 4 subjects, such as super low altitude parachuting and night diving, which significantly improved the combat effectiveness of the troops.
